


As a key member of Tellmewow, I led cross-functional teams of up to 30 individuals in the development of various gaming projects. My responsibilities included game design, level design and economy design, ensuring each aspect contributed to an immersive player experience.
I actively monitored game metrics using Google Analytics 4, utilizing insights to enhance key performance indicators such as in-app purchases, user engagement, and retention rates. Through meticulous user behavior analysis and A/B testing, I implemented iterative improvements to optimize player experiences and drive long-term success.

Creative direction and lead design
Lead and guide teams to define projects and maintain a coherent vision. Specialist in economy design and balance, level design and progression systems.
Google Analitycs metrics tracking and KPI improvement
Track metrics, data and user behavior within our applications. Implementation of improvements and features to increase KPIs such as session time, engagement, IAPs and ROI.
Behavoural research and A/B testing
Real-time changes through firebase to balance and manage the behavior of our users, destroying possible frictions. Experimentation with changes in search of profitability and KPI improvement.
Formation and talks
Team development and group management from a psychological perspective. Generation of talks and trainings to involve developers in the changes and effects we are looking for in our games.
